I’m a multi-platform digital content creator with more than 10 years of experience attracting online audiences to indispensable service content and compelling stories.
Most recently, WW brought me on as director of global digital content to craft and execute a premium content strategy for its international markets.
Before joining WW, I launched Cosmopolitan.com’s wellness vertical as the legacy brand’s first dedicated digital health and fitness editor. During my tenure, I covered viral health and celebrity news, developed and reported on a vast network of fitness influencers, and frequently stepped outside my beat to write in-depth profiles and features. A top traffic driver at Hearst Digital Media, I grew the CosmoBody Facebook page by ~340%, produced, directed, shot, and edited countless fitness videos, and in 2018 alone, drew in more than 11.1M unique visitors.
Formerly, I was the online editor of social media and special projects at Women’s Health magazine. Before that, I was a senior associate editor at Studio One Networks, a content marketing company, and an intern at YourTango, iVillage, Quick and Simple magazine, Wainscot Media, and The Post-Standard newspaper. I studied magazine journalism at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and got my AFAA personal training certification in 2015.
